Desert Streams was founded in 2023 by entrepreneur and existing business woman Valerie Williams, who was passionate about creating positive change in underserved communities. After witnessing firsthand the challenges many individuals and families faced in finding affordable, quality housing, Valerie was inspired to launch a company that could make a real difference.

The early days were spent building relationships and trust within local neighborhoods. Valerie and his small team focused on understanding the true needs and aspirations of community members. They quickly realized that simply providing housing was not enough – successful revitalization required a holistic approach.

And so Desert Streams LLC evolved into more than just a real estate  company – it became an advocate and partner for meaningful community transformation. Guided by the principles of open communication, transparency and service, the Desert Streams team began facilitating collaborative partnerships between residents, government agencies and other stakeholders.

Together, they developed targeted solutions to address issues like housing affordability, access to resources and economic opportunity. Desert Streams seeks to demonstrate that by valuing a community’s unique vision and voice, real change can take root and blossom.
